Shower, Bachelorette Party and the Wedding Day

Yesterday was the wedding of one of my best friends. Chelsey Rice (now Hale) and Adam Hale were married on a rainy/ snowy, but beautiful April day! The bride, as always, looked gorgeous and the entire day was so much fun! Chelsey and I have been friends since elementary so I felt extremely grateful to be apart of her special day! Chelsey and Adam make such a great pair and we couldn't be happier for them. Congratulations you two!

I know you'd rather see pictures than read about it, so here you go. There are a few pictures at a shower hosted by McKenzi McCormick, followed by some at the bachelorette party Heather Hatch, Kimber Walton and I hosted, and finally, I snagged some pictures at the wedding (with the help of my good friend Joey Rice- thanks Joe!).

Zach and I have been looking for a new couch, basically, since we got married. There was only one problem we faced... every couch we looked at ended up being too big to get into our basement apartment. There's not very much room to maneuver so I thought we should look into getting a sectional because they typically come in sections, hence "sectional". I also had my heart set on getting a slip covered one because you can always clean it, the material looks nice and if you get bored with one color, you can purchase another to shake things up a bit. Well, we finally found one and here it is! We love our new couch, except for the fact that it has a distinct warehouse smell still. Hopefully time will dilute it. All it needs now is a few fun pillows!
